Let’s work together to process your fears so you can relax into being who you are meant to be in the world

But this wasn’t always the case. For many years, my inner voice was lost to me and I would look externally to “experts” for answers. I was miserable but didn’t feel I could trust myself to make the right decisions. It wasn’t until starting therapy myself that I realized just how much my fears had taken control of my life. As I began to process these fears, I experienced a newfound sense of safety that allowed me the space to access my innate wisdom. Having been on this journey, I especially enjoy working with people who want to reconnect with their voices.
