INFORMATION

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT 114594). My California license limits me to working only with those who reside in California.

I welcome people of all genders, sexual orientations, cultural backgrounds, and spiritual/religious affiliations.

I see clients on Wednesdays in San Jose and on Thursdays via Telehealth.

My fee is $190 for a 50 minute session. I have a sliding scale.

I am an Out of Network Provider. I accept cash, checks and credit cards. I can also accept HSA/FSA cards.

If you have PPO insurance, I can provide an invoice that you can submit for possible reimbursement. Call your insurance company to find out your annual deductible and reimbursement rate.

I work with adults and adolescents (14 years old and over).

I have an ADA accessible office.
